How will my monthly donation help?

£10per month over 6 months could cover the cost of 6 conversations with a telephone based Dementia Adviser, providing vital advice and information to people with dementia or their carers at a time of fear and uncertainty.

£25per month over 6 months could allow 900 people to access Talking Point, our online community where people affected by dementia can connect and share experiences without leaving their homes.

£50per month over 6 months could fund a Dementia Adviser for three full days, providing a lifeline to thirty people with dementia and their carers, reaching out by phone to provide the best advice, tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
How will my one off donation help?

£100could allow 600 people to access Talking Point, our online community where people living with dementia and their carers can connect and share experiences without leaving their homes – vital over the coming months, as people are cut off from their communities and support networks.

£500could help us deliver 20 virtual Singing for the Brain sessions for a month, giving people affected by dementia opportunities to stay connected with one another through the power of song, alleviating loneliness and helping to prevent progression of the disease.

£1000could enable a Dementia Adviser to deliver specialist, person-centred support to 100 people with dementia, providing a lifeline to guide them through the coronavirus crisis and beyond.

Expenditure
88 pence in every £1 of total expenditure was spent on direct costs towards improving the lives of people with dementia.
The remaining 12 pence in every £1 was spent to support our frontline activity including IT and premises.
